Chorus Code of Ethics

Chorus are aware of both the corporate and social responsibility that concerns our people and stakeholders. Chorus have created a Code of Ethics in order to promote fair behaviour within all aspects of operations. Upholding these ethics means that Chorus will at all times act in a professional, moral, objective and sustainable manner.

Company Values

We are a Collective that is Creative and Confident. These three values are central to our culture and have been unanimously selected and reviewed by the Chorus Team.

·      Collective: The Chorus Family, we are only as good as each other and the whole, no egos here

·      Creative: We produce work that speaks for itself and stands out and is sustainable

·      Confident: Our enthusiasm is infectious, it's the energy of the agency

Business Ethics

Honesty and integrity are two major elements making up our Collective value. Chorus only follows honest and legal business practices, complying with sound business ethics at all times. Chorus are passionate about maintaining these practices to ensure relations with partners and competitors are based on fair play with no conflict of interest.

Human Rights, Wellbeing and Discrimination

Creating a non-discriminatory work environment is an absolute priority for all our team and business partners. It is of utmost importance that everyone is treated with respect – we do not stand for discrimination of any kind including but not limited to; race, skin colour, religion, age, gender, appearance, nationality, sexual orientation, marital status or political opinion. Chorus are committed to creating a safe environment where everyone has an equal opportunity to grow. Well-being is placed at the forefront of our culture to reduce the stigma around Mental Health and provide further equal opportunities. Chorus expects our valued partners to apply the same business practices to ensure they provide their employees with a safe and equal workplace – particularly in terms of market access, employment, promotion and development opportunities. Sustainability

Chorus drive sustainability through their business practices and their clients events and is part of our Creative value.
